TV channel treasure from Scotland

Gaelic language TV a hit
I have enjoyed discovery of the BBC Alba TV Scottish Gaelic language TV channel. Although I can not understand the language, it has lots of great Celtic music shows and some fabulous shots of the Hebrides. There also some good documentaries which often have English sub titles – a recent one followed two Norwegian explorers in a small sail boat following Shackleton’s route from the Falklands to South Georgia and Antarctica.
Above all this is the only channel i have ever seen where the weather is partly delivered in song!.

I recommend taking a look on Sky Channel 168 or online
