Facebook face criticism over data (what’s new?)

I have been looking closely at the challenges being made to Facebook data policy by Max Schrems in Austria. Max requested details of data held by Facebook and he received material on CD which he believed had been deleted by him long ago but other data he believed was live did not feature in the release.

He claims to be shocked but I think this has long been known that Facebook treats people’s privacy with contempt. But there again we take a risk just as soon as we place anything in a public sphere.
